Dr. Daniel Schaeffer
Dr. Daniel Schaeffer was born in Washington D.C. and grew up in Fairfax, VA where he was active in baseball, basketball, soccer, swimming & diving. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from George Mason University. Dr. Schaeffer earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL where he was heavily involved with the rehabilitation department of their clinic.
Dr. Schaeffer’s decision to become a chiropractor was out of a passion to better serve his community. He holds a strong belief that movement is life and when movement stops, the body starts to break down not only in the spine, but also the body’s overall function will decline. Prior to attending Palmer College of Chiropractic he worked as a personal trainer in Mclean, VA for 8 years.
When Dr. Schaeffer is not in the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife that he met in high school, escaping to the beach, and continues to train and participate in competitive bodybuilding. In practice he utilizes multiple techniques to positively influence the overall health of his patients through chiropractic care as well as nutritional education and soft tissue mobilization/trigger point therapy. He loves treating individuals of all ages and conditions from headaches to digestive issues, allergies, muscle strains, childhood ear infections and of course neck and back pain. Given his background, he has a strong desire to work with athletes who want to function optimally both on and off the field. He is excited to be a part of the Palmercare family and cannot wait to serve and educate the community of Falls Church.
“In our practice, we build lasting relationships with patients and exceed their expectations for great chiropractic care. Count on our team to listen to your goals and concerns, then to address your issues and answer all of your questions. You will feel secure in our abilities and confident in our care.”
