If back stiffness, neck tension or a nagging joint has started to shape your day, you do not have to simply live with it. At Palmercare Chiropractic Flower Mound, Dr. Madison Molitor helps neighbors across Flower Mound, Lewisville, Highland Village and the surrounding communities move more comfortably through a care plan built around their body, their goals and their schedule.
Chiropractic care is a hands-on, drug-free approach that focuses on how the spine, joints and surrounding muscles work together. When a joint is not moving the way it should, nearby tissue often tightens to compensate, and that pattern can show up as pain, stiffness or reduced range of motion somewhere else in the body.
A chiropractor evaluates those movement patterns and, when appropriate, uses spinal adjustments and related techniques to help restore motion. For an unbiased overview of what the practice involves and what current research says about it, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health offers a helpful guide at nccih.nih.gov.
People seek chiropractic care for many reasons, including:
Our approach is simple: understand first, then treat.
We listen to your story, review your health history, and examine posture, joint motion, and muscle response. If imaging or a referral would help, we will tell you.
Adjustments restore motion to restricted joints and support healthier alignment, often the first step toward lasting relief.
ArthroStim is a handheld instrument that delivers a gentle, precise adjustment, a comfortable choice for patients who prefer a lighter touch.
Taping can support muscles and joints between visits, and simple exercises and posture tips help your progress hold.
Visits are unhurried and straightforward. You will know what we are doing and why before we do it, and you are always welcome to ask questions or ask us to adjust our approach.
Many patients notice changes in comfort and movement as care progresses, though results vary from person to person and depend on the condition being addressed.
Personalized Care Focused on Lasting Results
We would rather understand why you hurt than only treat where it hurts.
Adjustments and ArthroStim work with your body’s own ability to heal.
Your history, goals, and schedule all shape your plan.
Improving mobility and reducing restriction helps you move through your day with less discomfort.
You will know what we are doing and why before we do it.
We aim for lasting improvement, not a quick patch.
Dr. Molitor grew up in Houston and played collegiate volleyball at the University of Tennessee Martin and Lindsey Wilson College, where her team won a national championship during her senior year. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University. After a sports-related ankle injury of her own, she saw firsthand how much the right care can change an athlete’s recovery, and it is a big reason she chose this profession.
That perspective shapes how she treats everyone from weekend walkers to competitive athletes: with attention to how you move, what you want to get back to and what a realistic path looks like. Our Flower Mound patients rate their experience 4.9 out of 5 on Google.

What Our Flower Mound Patients Say
HAVE A QUESTION
A chiropractor evaluates how your spine and joints are moving and uses hands-on techniques, mainly adjustments, to help restore motion and ease related discomfort. At our office, care can also include taping, exercises and lifestyle guidance.
For most people, chiropractic care is considered a safe, conservative option when delivered by a licensed provider. Mild soreness after an adjustment is the most common side effect. Dr. Molitor screens every patient first and will let you know if another provider should weigh in.
Most patients describe it as a feeling of pressure or release rather than pain. If you are nervous, ArthroStim offers a gentler alternative to manual adjusting, and we can modify the approach to what feels right for you.
The sound is typically gas shifting within the fluid of a joint, similar to cracking your knuckles. It is not bone grinding, and a louder sound does not mean a better adjustment.
It depends on what we find, how long you have had your symptoms and how your body responds. After your exam, Dr. Molitor will outline a recommended frequency and revisit it as you improve.
No referral is required to schedule a visit. X-rays are not needed for everyone, and if imaging would help guide your care, we will explain why before recommending it.
Patients commonly come in for neck and back pain, headaches, sciatica, joint pain and injuries from sports or auto accidents. If your concern is outside what we can help with, we will point you in the right direction.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring a photo ID, your insurance information if applicable and any imaging or notes from other providers you have seen.
