Dr. Tiffany Catinchi
Dr. Tiffany: Pain has shaped my purpose long before I ever became a chiropractor.Growing up, I watched my mom struggle daily with disc herniations and disc bulges. As a child, I saw firsthand how chronic pain affects not just the body, but the entire family. That experience planted the seed for why I chose chiropractic care to help people move, live, and show up for their lives with less pain and more freedom. Today, I care for adults of all ages, including those dealing with disc issues, spinal pain, and everyday physical stress, always with the goal of restoring function and improving quality of life.
My journey later expanded in the most personal way through motherhood. Pregnancy, postpartum, and navigating the early seasons of raising a child deeply changed how I viewed care and support. I experienced how vulnerable, powerful, and transformative this time can be, and it became clear to me that families deserve more than just “getting through it.” They deserve to be supported, educated, and truly cared for.
This is where my passion for prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care was born. I have pursued additional education in caring for expecting mothers using the Webster Technique, as well as gentle, specific chiropractic care for infants and children. Motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone, and my mission is to walk alongside families supporting them with intention, compassion, and the tools they need to thrive.
I was born and raised in the vibrant culture of Puerto Rico, where community, warmth, and connection are deeply valued. I studied Biology at the University of Puerto Rico and was awarded a scholarship for choir, an experience that nurtured both discipline and creativity. I later moved to St. Louis, Missouri, to attend Logan University, where I was honored to receive the Diversity and Inclusion Award at graduation. It was during this chapter that I married my husband and welcomed our son further grounding my purpose both as a doctor and as a mother.
Outside of the office, I love scrapbooking, reading, and spending quality time with my husband and son. Family is at the center of everything I do, and it’s the heart behind the care I provide every day.
